Emergency School Closure - Storm Eunice

Friday 18th February 2022

Dear Parents,

At 4.05am the MET office issued a red weather warning for the south east of England. This means that flying debris resulting in “danger to life” as well as power cuts, damage to homes and road closures are expected. This warning comes into effect at 10.00 GMT and will last until 15.00. We have been advised by Hampshire County Council that all schools should remain closed today so both the infants and the juniors will not be open to staff and pupils.

Please access Google classroom for today’s phonics, English and mathematics learning for years one and two. For EYFS, please refer to tapestry.

I hope you all have a happy, healthy and safe half term. We look forward to seeing you and the children on Monday 28th February.
