Applying for an In-Year School Place
How to apply
You need to complete an in-year application form which is available to be completed either online or in other ways:

Requesting the form from any Hampshire primary, junior or secondary school
Requesting a form is posted to you from the County Admissions Team (County Admissions Team, Children’s Services Department, The Castle, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 8UG)

Completed applications should be returned to the County Admissions Team at the address above.
When should I expect to receive the decision letter?
Parents should allow 10 work days for their application to be processed.
A letter will then be emailed to you advising of the school place being offered to your child.
If you receive your letter offering your child a place, you will need to confirm your decision in writing to your present school.
If your request for a school place has been refused, and you wish to appeal the decision, you must do so in writing.
